Calls to our line
We are a call-only service. When you phone the dispatch line, we ask for your name, address and a description of the damage so a crew can respond. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
We use the information you give us to arrange and perform the work you request, to follow up on your job and to improve our service.
This website
This website has no forms, accounts or comment fields, so it does not ask you to type personal information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as the pages requested and the time of the request.
Embedded Google Maps on our pages are provided by Google and may collect information under Google's own privacy policy.
Sharing and your choices
We share the details of your job with the restoration professionals who perform the work and, at your request, with your insurer. We do not sell your information.
